Dream: Encounter with a Bullying Traffic Policeman

This dream started with me standing on the street and one of my friends got into an accident.I panicked and immediately took him to the hospital.The problem here was that I didn't know how to drive.. As I anxiously driving , a traffic policeman stopped me.To my surprise, it turned out to be someone I recognized from class, someone I used to bully.
Instead of helping me now, he seemed intent on making things even worse for me.At first he started falsely accusing me of unreasonable crimes, and soon our arguments turned into fights.
Then, after arguing with him for what seemed like an eternity, he relented and let me through until I got to the hospital.
After letting out a sigh of relief that he let me keep driving, I drove past the various cars as fast as I could and finally got us to the emergency room.I managed to get him to the emergency room and Luckily I made it in time.
