I keep having this dream where I’m stuck in a glass box and can’t get out. People can see me, but they don’t help. It’s a strange feeling of being watched but completely trapped. Do you think this is about feeling isolated or misunderstood? I’d love to hear if anyone else has had a dream like this.

I get this dream a lot when I’m stressed. It’s like I can see everything but can’t break free. Anyone else feel that way?

Being trapped in a glass box always makes me think of feeling stuck in a situation. You can see the way out, but can’t reach it.

This dream gives me such a claustrophobic feeling. It seems like it’s about being unable to express myself or escape something.
