Lately, I’ve been having recurring dreams about friends from years ago that I’m no longer in contact with. These dreams feel so real, and it makes me wonder if they symbolize something about my past or unresolved feelings. Does anyone else dream about old friends? What do you think it means?

I often have dreams about old friends too. I think it might be my mind’s way of processing the past and maybe unresolved feelings about those friendships.

Same here! I think these dreams are about missing the connection we had with those people. It’s funny how our brains bring up the past like that.

I believe dreams of old friends can mean that you’re going through a time of reflection. Maybe it’s your subconscious reminding you of something you’ve learned from those relationships.
