I’ve been having this dream over and over where I’m trapped in a tiny, cramped space, and I can’t get out. It’s starting to really bother me because it feels so real. Does anyone else experience this? What could it mean?

I’ve had the same dream! It always feels so claustrophobic, and I wake up in a panic. I think it has to do with feeling stuck in real life.

I hate those dreams! It feels so real, like I’m trapped and can’t breathe. Maybe it’s a sign that we’re feeling trapped emotionally.
