I keep having dreams where I try to speak, but nothing comes out. It’s really frustrating and leaves me feeling powerless. Could this dream be about feeling unheard in my waking life, or is there another interpretation for losing your voice in dreams? Would love to hear if anyone else has had this experience.

I’ve had this dream too, and it’s so frustrating! I always wake up feeling like I have something important to say but can’t.

I read that losing your voice in a dream could mean you feel powerless in a situation. Makes sense to me!

I wonder if it’s related to not feeling heard in real life? I’ve had this dream a few times when I was stressed about work.
