I’ve been having this strange recurring dream where I’m living the same day over and over, like a dream version of Groundhog Day. It’s starting to drive me crazy! Has anyone else had a dream like this? What does it mean when the same events keep repeating?

I’ve had dreams like this before, and they always make me feel like I’m stuck in a loop. Maybe it’s a sign that you’re stuck in a routine or feeling trapped.

Repeating the same day in a dream sounds exhausting! It might symbolize feeling like you’re not making progress or that every day feels the same.

I think dreams like this come up when life feels monotonous or you’re dealing with the same problems over and over again. It’s like your brain is stuck on repeat.
