I often have this disturbing dream where I watch someone close to me fall, but I can’t help them. It leaves me feeling guilty and anxious. I wonder if it symbolizes fears of losing someone important. These kinds of dreams can highlight our insecurities and concerns about relationships. Has anyone else experienced this? What do you think it represents? |

Watching someone fall in a dream is so distressing! I’ve had those dreams, and they leave me feeling helpless. I wonder if it’s about feeling out of control.

Yes! It can be so alarming. I think those dreams often reflect our fears of losing someone or being unable to help.

I completely agree! It’s a tough dream to wake up from. I try to remind myself it’s not real, but it sticks with me for a while.
