I keep having this dream where I’m back in high school, sitting for an important exam I haven’t studied for. It feels so vivid and stressful! I graduated years ago, but this dream keeps coming back. I wonder if it’s linked to performance pressure or unresolved stress from my school days. Anyone else dealing with this?

I have these dreams too! I’m always late for an exam or don’t know where the exam room is. I guess it’s about feeling unprepared or dealing with old pressures.
