Every few weeks, I have a recurring dream where I’m stuck in traffic, and it feels like I’ll never get out. It’s not stressful at first, but the longer I’m stuck, the more hopeless I feel. Any ideas on what it might mean?

I’ve had recurring dreams of being stuck in traffic too. It always feels like I’m in a hurry but can’t get to my destination. It makes me think about how I might be feeling stuck in a situation in my waking life.

I’ve had the same kind of dream! I think it might represent a feeling of being stuck in life, unable to make progress. It’s like you’re going through the motions but not getting anywhere.
