Has anyone else had dreams where they try to speak, but no sound comes out or someone steals their voice? It’s really unsettling and feels like I’m completely powerless. Could this reflect feeling silenced or unheard in waking life?

I’ve had this dream before where no matter how hard I tried to speak, nothing came out. It’s terrifying! I think it’s about feeling like you’re not being heard or can’t express yourself.

Dreams about losing your voice might represent feeling powerless or like your opinions or emotions aren’t being acknowledged. It’s such a frustrating experience!

This kind of dream is so unsettling. In mine, I was trying to scream, but no sound came out. It made me think of situations where I feel voiceless or unable to stand up for myself.
