Has anyone else had dreams where they’re stuck reliving the same day over and over? It feels like I’m in a loop, and no matter what I do, the day keeps resetting. I wonder if this dream could be about feeling stuck in a routine or like life is becoming monotonous. What do you think?

I’ve had dreams like this, where I’m stuck in a loop doing the same things. It’s so exhausting! Maybe it’s about feeling like life is repetitive.

It’s like a “Groundhog Day” dream, right? I feel like it could be about being stuck in a routine that you’re not happy with.

I hate these dreams! It’s like you’re trapped and can’t escape the cycle. I usually get them when I’m stressed about work or school.
