I’ve been having nightmares where I’m falling from great heights, and I wake up just before I hit the ground. It’s a horrible feeling, and it’s been happening a lot lately. I read that falling dreams could be about feeling out of control in your life. Has anyone else experienced this, and what do you think it could mean?

Falling dreams freak me out! I usually wake up right before I hit the ground. It’s such a weird feeling.

I read that falling often symbolizes loss of control or fear of failure. It makes sense for me since I’ve been stressed lately.
