One of the best techniques I’ve found is checking my hands throughout the day. Sometimes they look odd, and it reminds me to do a reality check in my dreams.

I love the nose-pinch technique! If I can breathe while pinching my nose, I know I’m dreaming. It’s a quick way to determine reality and it works for me.

I’ve also tried using external cues, like setting an alarm to remind me to check if I’m dreaming. It’s a helpful way to train my mind.

Talking about reality checks with friends has been a game-changer too! Sharing experiences keeps the practice fresh in my mind.
