I’ve actually used lucid dreaming to work through my fear of heights. It’s been a slow process, but being able to control the dream makes it less scary over time.

Lucid dreaming is such a cool way to confront fears in a safe space. I’ve been able to face my fear of public speaking by practicing in my dreams.
