I've recently started using lucid dreaming to work on my fear of public speaking, and I'm seeing some real progress! In my lucid dreams, I've been practicing giving speeches in front of dream audiences. It's amazing how it's boosting my confidence in real life too. Has anyone else used lucid dreaming to face their fears or overcome phobias? What techniques did you use? Lucid dreaming to face fears sounds like a great way to deal with phobias. Has anyone successfully used it to conquer something they’re scared of?

I’ve heard that people have used lucid dreaming to overcome fears. I wonder if it works for deep-rooted phobias like heights or spiders.

This sounds really helpful! I’d love to use lucid dreaming to get over my fear of flying. Anyone have experience with this?
