Overcoming Sleep Paralysis in Lucid Dreams - (October 14, 2024, 02:30:07 AM)

Alright, I need some advice from experienced lucid dreamers. I've been getting better at becoming lucid, but I keep running into a frustrating problem - sleep paralysis. It's like I'm aware I'm dreaming, but I can't move or fully control the dream. It's pretty scary sometimes. Has anyone else dealt with this? How did you overcome it? I've heard some people say to try to wiggle your toes or fingers first, but it hasn't worked for me yet. Are there any mental tricks or techniques you use to break free from sleep paralysis and take control of your lucid dream? I'd really appreciate any tips or personal experiences you can share!

Sleep paralysis is terrifying! If you can overcome it in a lucid dream, that’s impressive. It’s all about gaining control in those moments.

I’ve had sleep paralysis a few times, and I’d love to use lucid dreaming to stop it. Anyone here managed to beat it through lucid techniques?

It’s awesome that you can control sleep paralysis in lucid dreams. That moment when you can’t move is terrifying, but maybe awareness helps.
