I’ve been experimenting with recreating scents in lucid dreams, like my grandma’s old perfume. It’s surprising how vivid the sense of smell can be. Anyone else tried using lucid dreams to recall specific scents?

That’s so interesting! Smells seem really rare in dreams, so recreating one in a lucid state would be amazing. I’d love to experience the scent of my childhood home again.

This would be an incredible skill to have in lucid dreams! Scents are tied to strong memories for me, so it’d feel like reliving a past moment.

I’ve tried recreating scents but haven’t had much luck yet. It’s like my brain can’t fully recall it, but I keep trying. Definitely makes me nostalgic.
