I’ve read that some people use lucid dreaming to travel to different times, either in the past or future. Has anyone actually done this? I’d love to try visiting another time period in my next lucid dream, but I’m not sure how to make it happen. If you’ve experienced time travel in your lucid dreams, I’d love to hear about it!

I’ve time-traveled in a lucid dream once! It felt like going back to a memory, but I was aware of it. It was a little weird, but also fascinating.
