I’ve read that lucid dreaming can interfere with your sleep cycle, especially if you do it too often. Has anyone experienced sleep issues because of lucid dreams?

I’ve had some trouble sleeping after too many lucid dreams in a row. It’s like my brain doesn’t get a proper rest because I’m always “on” in the dream.

I haven’t had sleep disorders, but I do feel more tired after nights where I’ve had a lot of lucid dreams. It’s like my mind is working harder than usual.
