I read that some people use lucid dreams to access memories they’ve forgotten. I’m curious to know if anyone here has tried it. How accurate do the memories feel, and can you control which ones come up?

I’ve heard lucid dreaming might help us revisit forgotten memories. I had one dream where I could recall details from my childhood that I hadn’t thought about in years. It was like reliving those moments. Anyone else experienced this?

That sounds so cool! I had a lucid dream where I was able to see places I’ve visited before as if I was physically there. It was almost like the dream unlocked memories I didn’t even know I still had!

I think lucid dreaming can open doors to our forgotten memories. I had one where I recalled my first day at school. It was so clear, like I was transported back in time.
