I’ve actually used lucid dreaming to practice real-life skills like public speaking! It’s surprising how much it helps in real life once you wake up. Does anyone else do this?

I tried practicing guitar in a lucid dream once, but it didn’t quite feel the same. Still, I think it helps with mental preparation and confidence building.

Lucid dreaming for skill practice sounds amazing! I’ve read that athletes use visualization techniques to improve, so maybe lucid dreaming is just a more intense version of that.
