I’ve been combining meditation with lucid dreaming techniques, and the results have been fascinating. It seems like I’m more aware during my dreams, and it’s easier to control the dream environment. Has anyone else tried combining the two? What were your experiences?

Combining meditation with lucid dreaming sounds powerful. I’ve been meditating before bed, and it’s made my lucid dreams feel more controlled.

I’ve done this too, and it really makes a difference. My dreams feel more intentional, and I’m able to explore deeper.
