I’ve read that some people use lucid dreaming to face and overcome their real-life fears. For example, confronting a phobia or taking on a challenging situation in a dream before doing it in reality. It sounds like a powerful way to practice being brave. Anyone tried this?


I’ve used lucid dreaming to face fears like heights, and it helped me feel more confident in real life. It’s like practicing with zero risk!

I read somewhere that if you confront your fears in lucid dreams, your brain learns to be less afraid in waking life. It’s worth trying.
