I’ve read that some people use lucid dreaming to face and overcome their real-life fears. For example, confronting a phobia or taking on a challenging situation in a dream before doing it in reality. It sounds like a powerful way to practice being brave. Anyone tried this?

I read somewhere that if you confront your fears in lucid dreams, your brain learns to be less afraid in waking life. It’s worth trying.

I’ve heard people use it to get over things like public speaking too! I guess practicing while dreaming makes it feel easier in reality.
