I’ve heard that some people use lucid dreaming to face and conquer their fears in a safe environment. I’ve been thinking about trying this approach, especially since I have a fear of public speaking. I’ve used lucid dreaming to face my fear of heights. It’s amazing because you can control the situation and push past the fear without real-world consequences.

I’ve tried confronting my fear of spiders in a lucid dream. It didn’t completely work, but it did help me stay calm around them afterward.
