As a painter, I have been exploring ways to use lucid dreams for creative inspiration. Sometimes I’ll create vivid scenes in my dreams and then try to recreate them when I wake up. Has anyone else used lucid dreaming for creative or artistic purposes? What techniques do you use to maintain the memory of the dream when you wake up?

I’ve used lucid dreaming for inspiration before! I create vivid scenes in my dreams, and then I try to paint them when I wake up. It’s a great way to unlock creativity.
