I’ve tried using lucid dreams to face fears, and it’s really helped. It’s like I’m talking directly to my subconscious and finding ways to solve problems.

This is something I’ve been wanting to try! Lucid dreaming sounds like an amazing way to communicate with parts of our mind we don’t normally access.

I’ve had a few lucid dreams where I ask myself questions, and sometimes the answers surprise me. It’s like I know more than I think I do when I’m awake.
