Last night, I was lucid dreaming, and I saw myself in a mirror, but then my reflection started acting on its own. I wasn’t controlling it anymore. Has anyone experienced something like this? It was both fascinating and terrifying, and I wonder what it could mean.

I’ve had this experience too. It’s so strange when you realize you’re in control but can’t seem to stop things from spiraling. Maybe it’s about anxiety.

Losing control in a lucid dream is such a paradox. It might be your subconscious telling you there are areas in your life where you’re feeling out of control.

I’ve had similar dreams, and they always leave me feeling uneasy. Maybe it’s a reflection of how unpredictable life can be, even when we think we’re in control.
