I’ve been really stressed lately and have heard that lucid dreaming can be used as a tool to manage stress. Has anyone here used lucid dreaming to unwind or relax? If so, what techniques worked for you? Would love to learn more!

Lucid dreaming has really helped me manage stress. I focus on calming environments, like beaches or forests. It’s been really helpful for my anxiety.
