Last night, I realized I was dreaming during a nightmare, and I managed to turn it into a more pleasant dream. Has anyone else experienced this? I wonder if there’s a technique to practice this intentionally. It would be great to be able to switch bad dreams into good ones whenever they happen. Any advice or experiences to share?

I’ve done this before! When I realize I’m dreaming, I try to change the nightmare into something fun like flying or exploring.

That sounds so interesting! I’d love to learn how to control my nightmares better. I usually just wake up scared.
