I’m curious if anyone’s successfully revisited a past lucid dream. I had one dream I’d love to return to but haven’t been able to make it happen. Tips on recalling or reliving specific dreams?

I’ve tried revisiting old dreams, and sometimes it works! It’s like reopening a favorite book and diving back in.

It’s such an interesting concept! I wonder if revisiting a lucid dream could help us work through something we didn’t fully explore the first time.

I’ve managed to go back to a previous dream once. It was a strange experience, like picking up a story where I’d left off.
