I’ve been reading about how lucid dreaming might help with anxiety by giving you control over the dream and facing your fears. Has anyone experienced this? I’d love to try it out to see if it helps with my own anxiety, but I’m not sure where to start. Any advice on how to use lucid dreaming for mental health would be great.

I’ve used lucid dreaming to face fears, and it really helped my anxiety. Has anyone else noticed a calming effect after trying it?

Lucid dreaming helps me deal with anxiety, especially if I can control what’s happening. It gives me a sense of control over my emotions.

I’ve heard it can be helpful, but I haven’t had much success using it for anxiety. How do you keep calm in a lucid dream?
