Why Do Some People Never Remember Their Dreams? - (September 24, 2024, 12:00:00 AM)

It’s fascinating to think about dream recall. I usually remember at least fragments of my dreams, but some friends tell me they never remember theirs. This leads me to wonder about the factors influencing dream recall. Could it be related to the depth of sleep, stress levels, or perhaps individual differences in brain function?

Some studies suggest that people who sleep poorly or experience high levels of stress might be less likely to recall dreams. On the other hand, those who keep dream journals often report improved recall. I’d love to hear from anyone who has tips or techniques to enhance dream memory. Have you found anything that works for you? What do you think causes this discrepancy in dream recollection?

I’m one of those people who hardly ever remembers my dreams. It’s frustrating! I’ve tried keeping a dream journal, but nothing seems to work for me.

Maybe it’s about how deeply we sleep? I’ve noticed that when I sleep poorly, I remember less. It’s so strange!
