Nightmares are tough, especially after trauma. I’ve heard that revisiting those dreams can sometimes help with healing, though. Does anyone have experience with using dreams to process trauma?

My recurring nightmares always seem to reflect things I haven’t fully dealt with emotionally. It’s hard, but facing them has helped me work through some stuff in real life.

Dreams are so powerful. I’ve read that recurring nightmares could actually be our brain’s way of trying to heal from trauma, but it doesn’t feel like it when you’re stuck in one.
