I keep having dreams where I’m looking into mirrors, but my reflection is either different or distorted. Sometimes the reflection even moves on its own! I’m wondering what this could symbolize—maybe something about self-reflection or how I view myself? I’d love to hear if anyone else has had dreams involving mirrors and what they think it means.

Mirrors in dreams always creep me out. I often see myself, but something is always off. I feel like it’s a reflection of inner struggles.

I’ve read that mirrors in dreams can represent self-reflection or self-image. It makes sense because I usually have those dreams when I’m unsure of myself.

Anyone else notice that mirrors never show exactly what you expect? It’s almost like your mind is messing with how you see yourself.
