Has anyone noticed that their dreams change depending on where they are sleeping? I find that I dream differently when I’m in a new place or when I’ve changed something in my bedroom. Is there a link between our surroundings and dream content?

I totally agree! Every time I’m in a new place, my dreams seem different. I think the unfamiliar environment might stimulate the brain in a unique way, leading to more intense or strange dreams.

I once moved apartments, and for weeks, my dreams were all over the place. I think it’s because my brain was adjusting to the new environment.

Yeah, I’ve noticed that too. I dream differently when I’m traveling. Maybe our brains pick up on the changes in surroundings, and it influences the dreams.

My dreams definitely change when I sleep somewhere else! I think there’s something about being in an unfamiliar place that makes your brain more active or aware.
