I usually listen to calm music before bed, and I think it helps my dreams stay peaceful. If I skip it, my dreams get more chaotic.

I tried falling asleep to some rock music once, and I had the craziest dream ever! Now I stick to softer tunes before bed.

Music definitely affects my dreams. I noticed I dream about concerts a lot when I fall asleep listening to my favorite bands.

I don’t usually listen to music before bed, but I’ll try it and see if it changes my dreams. Sounds interesting!
