I’ve tried sensory deprivation tanks a few times, and my dreams afterward were incredibly vivid. It’s like my brain was trying to make up for the lack of stimulation during the day.

This makes a lot of sense! When you cut off senses during the day, it could heighten your dream experiences at night. Has anyone else tried sensory deprivation and noticed different kinds of dreams?

I’ve never done sensory deprivation, but this sounds really cool. I wonder if it would make my dreams more intense, or maybe even more peaceful.
