Last night, I dreamt that I aged rapidly in front of a mirror – I went from my current age to being an elderly person in seconds. It was such a strange and unsettling experience. I’ve heard people mention dreams about aging, but this felt different. It was more like watching time speed up. Has anyone else had dreams about aging at a fast pace? Wondering what it might symbolize.

I had a dream like this once where I aged super fast. It was weird and freaked me out. Maybe it’s about feeling like time is slipping away or a fear of getting older?

Aging dreams are definitely unsettling. I get them sometimes when I’m feeling overwhelmed by responsibilities. Maybe it’s a sign we need to slow down?
