With everything happening globally, my dreams have started to reflect some of the political chaos in the world. I wonder if anyone else has had similar experiences. Can our dreams actually reflect societal change or even predict future events? Or are they just a way for us to cope with stress?

My dreams have definitely been reflecting the political climate lately. It’s weird how the stress of what’s happening in the world seeps into our dreams. Do you think dreams can predict anything?

I think dreams might just be a reflection of how overwhelmed we are by current events. But yeah, it’s eerie when they seem to line up with what’s happening around us.
