After long flights and crossing time zones, I’ve noticed that my dreams become unusually surreal. It seems like jet lag can really mess with your dream cycles. Does anyone else experience strange or confusing dreams after traveling? Is there a reason why this happens?

Jet lag totally messes with my dreams. They’re always more disjointed and random after long flights. I wonder if it’s because your body clock is so out of sync.

I had the weirdest dream after flying to Europe. It’s like my brain couldn’t keep up with the time zone shift. Jet lag definitely has an effect on dreaming.
