Has anyone else noticed that dreams seem more vivid or strange during extreme weather like thunderstorms or heatwaves? I’ve always felt my dreams take on a more intense quality during these times. It makes me wonder if our subconscious is reacting to environmental factors. What do you think—do dreams during harsh weather reveal anything about our mental state?

I’ve noticed the same thing! During thunderstorms, my dreams are so intense. It feels like the atmosphere around me is influencing my subconscious. Maybe our bodies are reacting to the environment while we sleep?

Yes! Whenever there’s a storm or even high winds, my dreams get weirdly vivid. I wonder if it’s the stress of the weather or something more primal in our brains.
