I’ve noticed that my dreams change a lot whenever I go through a big life change, like moving to a new city or starting a new job. It’s almost like my mind is trying to process everything. Moving to a new place definitely messed with my dreams. They became way more vivid and chaotic, like my brain was trying to make sense of everything.

I had the same experience when I changed jobs. I kept dreaming about my old job mixed with my new one. It was so confusing!

Dreams do seem to reflect big changes. After my breakup, I had so many dreams about being alone or lost. It’s like our minds are trying to process everything.

Whenever I start something new, my dreams get super weird too. I think it’s because our brains are adjusting to the change.
