This was one of the most terrifying dreams I’ve had in a while. I was trying to speak or scream, but my mouth was sealed shut like it had been glued or stitched together. I could feel the panic rising as I tried to force it open. I’m curious if anyone else has experienced this or has any idea what it could represent. It felt like being silenced in a really intense way.

This reminds me of those dreams where you try to scream but nothing comes out. It’s the worst! I feel like it’s about feeling silenced or like no one’s listening to you.

I had a dream like that once, and I couldn’t open my eyes either. It felt so suffocating, like I was stuck inside myself. Do you think it’s related to feeling powerless?

That sounds terrifying. I haven’t had my mouth sealed shut in a dream, but I’ve definitely felt like I couldn’t talk or like something was holding me back. Maybe it’s about wanting to speak up but not being able to?
