Last night, I dreamt that I was lost in a place I knew very well in real life, but in the dream, I couldn’t find my way around. It was like everything had changed. Has anyone experienced something similar? What does being lost in familiar settings mean in dreams?

I’ve had dreams about getting lost in places I know really well, and it always makes me feel disoriented. I think it has something to do with feeling lost or uncertain in waking life, but it’s still confusing!

I’ve had the same experience! It feels like everything around you is familiar but at the same time unfamiliar. Maybe it’s about having trouble making decisions or not feeling in control?

I think dreams about being lost in familiar places might reflect a fear of change or uncertainty in our own lives. Like, even though we know where we are, we’re not sure about what comes next.
