Can Dreams Improve Your Creativity? - (September 23, 2024, 12:00:00 AM)

I recently read that some artists and writers use their dreams as a source of inspiration. They keep a dream journal and turn those surreal ideas into music, art, or stories. I’m wondering if anyone here does that? How do you remember your dreams clearly enough to use them creatively? Let’s discuss whether our dreams can actually boost our creativity or if it’s just random thoughts while we sleep.

I get a lot of creative ideas from my dreams. I’ve even sketched a few things I saw in them. It’s amazing how imaginative our minds can be while we sleep!

I’ve never used my dreams for creativity, but now I’m curious. Maybe I should start a dream journal to keep track of the weird stuff I see.

I wrote a short story based on a dream once. It’s a great way to get past writer’s block. I just wish I could remember more of my dreams.

I sometimes use my dreams for drawing. They’re always so surreal and vivid. Does anyone else try to capture their dream scenes in art?
