I’ve started keeping a dream journal because I read that it can help with anxiety. It’s interesting to look back and see patterns in my dreams, and it’s made me more aware of how I’m feeling. Has anyone else used a dream journal for mental health, and has it helped you? I’d love to hear your experiences and tips.

Keeping a dream journal has helped me see patterns in my emotions. I recommend it to everyone!

I started journaling too! It’s surprising how much insight I get from looking back at my dreams.
