In my dreams, I often find myself underwater, struggling to reach the surface, but I can’t breathe. It’s really intense and scary. Does anyone know what this kind of dream might represent? Could it be related to stress or something else?

Dreaming about being underwater and unable to breathe is so intense! I think it might symbolize feeling overwhelmed or suffocated by something in real life.

I’ve had dreams like this where I’m trapped underwater and can’t get to the surface. It feels like a reflection of being stuck or having trouble expressing myself.
