In my dream, I was on stage in front of a huge audience, and people were laughing and pointing at me like I had done something terribly wrong. It was such a helpless feeling! Could this be about fear of failure or social anxiety?

I’ve had dreams like this too! It’s so embarrassing and makes me wake up feeling really self-conscious. Maybe it’s related to worrying about being judged or messing up in front of others.

Dreams of being shamed in public might be connected to insecurities or fear of being exposed in some way. It’s like your brain magnifies your fears.

In my dream, I was on stage, and everyone was pointing and laughing. It made me feel so powerless, and I think it’s about fear of criticism or failing in front of others.
