Last night, I had a dream where I was at an important event, but I was wearing completely inappropriate clothes, like pajamas or a weird costume. It was so embarrassing! I’m wondering if this is related to feeling unprepared or insecure in certain situations.

I’ve had so many dreams where I’m at school or work in pajamas or mismatched clothes! I think it reflects fears of being unprepared or not fitting in somewhere.
