I dream about earthquakes all the time when I’m stressed. It’s like my brain just translates my anxiety into natural disasters.

For me, dreams about natural disasters happen when I feel like everything’s out of control. It’s like my brain’s way of warning me.

I think natural disaster dreams are just a reflection of what’s going on in our lives. Like, if everything feels chaotic, the dream mirrors that.
